Spalled concrete should be cut to a depth of at least 10 mm to avoid featheredging, ensuring a strong bond. Surfaces must be pre-wetted before application to achieve a consistent, matt finish free from water-filled cavities.

For waterproofing, mix UN1ON WP-60 with cement in a 1:1 ratio and apply the first coat with a hard-bristled brush. Reinforce with UN1ON Fabric-70 if required, and apply the second coat crosswise to the first.
